How we work

We'd rather prove it on your accounts than promise it on a call.

Four steps, in order. Each one has to earn the next.

You've bought software that looked great in the demo.

The demo used perfect data. The rollout used yours. Six months later, your reps had quietly gone back to the old way, and the contract was still running.

Most sales tools are sold on what they might do. You find out what they actually do after you've committed.

So how do you find out whether this works on your team before you bet a quarter on it?

Start smaller than you think.

The first step is too small to go wrong.

We don't open with a proposal. We open with 15 minutes and one real example: an account you want to open, or a conversation your team keeps losing. You watch the tool work on it.

If it isn't useful, you've lost a coffee break. If it is, you'll know exactly what you're buying.

Here's what happens if it is.

Four steps. Each one earns the next.

  1. The 15-minute demo.

Free. Bring one account or one conversation. We show you what PRISM finds on it, or how SalesCoach scores it, live.

  2. A fixed-scope pilot, 2–3 weeks.

Paid, with the scope written down before it starts: which team, which accounts or skills, and what "it worked" means. At the end, you judge the results against that definition, not ours.

  3. Full deployment.

We set it up for your whole team. PRISM connects to your HubSpot and Outlook and writes in your templates. SalesCoach loads your methodology and builds buyers from your market. Your people learn it before it goes live.

  4. Monthly hosting and iteration.

We run it, watch it, and keep tuning it as your market, your team, and your methodology change.

A process is only as good as what it refuses to do.

What you won't get from us.

No generic setup.
Everything is built from your accounts, your templates, and your methodology.
No black boxes.
Every PRISM fact links to its source. Every SalesCoach score links to the line that earned it.
Nothing reaches a prospect without a person deciding.
PRISM drafts. Your people send.
No surprises in scope.
The pilot's definition of success is agreed in writing before day one.
So where do you start?

Start with 15 minutes and one real example.

Bring the account you most want to open, or the conversation your team keeps losing. We'll work it in front of you. Then you decide whether there's a step two.
